Notes:

This was being prepared for the bottling and not surprisingly the nose was largely dominated by sulfur and reduction. More interesting are the rich, forward and caressing flavors that evident a preponderance of citrus element on the mineral-steeped, clean and notably dry finish. I will add that this was slightly awkward due to the sulfur but I suspect it will clean up once in bottle.  Burghound 89-92
