Notes:

The AP #10 Spätlese from the Domprobst is a beautiful wine, wafting from the glass in a
vibrant blend of tangerine, a touch of pear, beautiful slate tones underneath, spring flowers and a
plenty of orange zest in the upper register. On the palate the wine is pure, medium-full and again,
marvelously filigreed out of the blocks, with a fine core, impeccable focus and balance, plenty of
nascent complexity and exceptional length and grip on the mineral bath of a finish. Gorgeous
