Notes:

The 2015 Gevrey-Chambertin Vieilles Vignes has a lovely red cherry and crushed strawberry-scented bouquet, the oak nicely integrated and exuding fine purity. The palate exudes pure Pinoté (for want of a better expression), fleshy ripe red cherries and strawberry fruit, a little salinity towards the finish, but I just like the way this flows.
