Producer note: Hugues Pavelot, of Domaine Jean-Marc & Hugues Pavelot (see immediately below), started a small négociant operation. The idea is to buy in fruit at fair prices when opportunities present themselves and he knows both the vigneron and the specific parcel of vines. He notes that he will make the wines in exactly the same fashion as he does those of the domaine.
