Notes:

I absolutely enjoyed the 2015 Poggio Valente. This pure expression of Sangiovese really hits all the right buttons. The wine is rich and long-lasting with ripe fruit intensity followed by bold aromas of cherry, blackberry, grilled herb and moist earth. The bouquet is exuberant and bright. The wine shows a medium build that builds steadily in length, power and volume.  Wine Advocate 94
