Notes:

Brilliant ruby-red. A drop-dead, highly perfumed bouquet evokes ripe red berries, incense, candied flowers and star anise, accompanied by a smoky mineral overlay. Sweet, animated and precise on the palate, offering intense raspberry, cherry and spicecake flavors given lift and spine by juicy acidity. Powerful yet lithe, displaying outstanding finishing energy and silky, even tannins that build steadily and in harmony with the vibrant fruit.  Vinous Media 94

The 2014 Pinot Noir Rosemary's Vineyard is a richer, layered effort that has a touch more oomph than the Rincon release. Passion fruits, raspberries, violets and spice all emerge from this medium to full-bodied, rich and layered Pinot Noir that has fine tannin, beautiful purity and an already hard to resist style. Aged 16 months in 35% new French oak, drink it anytime through 2024.  Wine Advocate 94
