The 2014 Chablis 1Er Cru Fourchaume has a Zen-like, clean and fresh, slate-scented bouquet that draws you in. The palate is fresh and vibrant with a lovely saline undertow, subtle at first and then flourishing towards the bravura finish with copious citrus fruit and plenty of spice. There is a lot going on in this Chablis and it should age with style.  Wine Advocate 90
