Notes:
Bright, pale lemon-yellow. Very sexy aromas and flavors of lemon oil, white flowers, hazelnut and nutty oak: an essence of white Burgundy. Densely packed and precise, offering terrific cut and precision but also noteworthy pliancy of texture. Wonderfully balanced and long. This wine is always the ripest and highest in acidity, notes Boillot, who picked this estate fruit with 13% potential alcohol. The pH here is a very low 3.05 and the acidity is 5 grams per liter. Tanzer/Vinous 92-95
