There is notably more classic Chablis character present on the pear, apple and lemon rind-scented nose. The Chablis elements continue onto the relatively refined and overtly stony flavors that exhibit a hint of salinity on the saliva-inducing finale. Lovely stuff.   Burghound 91 Outstanding
