Notes:

Here there are no reductive aromas which allow the spicy red and black pinot fruit scented nose to shine. The round, pure and energetic medium-bodied flavors have both good delineation and a subtle bead of minerality on the balanced finish that, somewhat curiously for Chaignots, displays a hint of rusticity.  Burghound 89-91
