Notes:

(Billaud works with three parcels): Pale yellow. Citrus zest, tarragon, mint and anise on the nose. Dense, juicy and fruit-driven, with a grapefruit pith flavor complicated by an exotic hint of pineapple. Finishes firm-edged, floral and classic, with a repeating note of grapefruit zest.
