Notes:

The 2013 Saint Aubin 1er Cru en Remilly has a potent gun-flint-scented bouquet that does not mess about – real mineral notes here, the kind of nose that transfers the imbiber directly to the vineyard. The palate is very well balanced, with pretty lime and orange sorbet notes: very harmonious and tender with delicate white peach developing on the animated finish. Classy…very classy.
