Notes:

A deft touch of wood sets off cool and ripe aromas of white peach, pear and citrus that display nuances of rosemary oil and mint. The generous, rich and notably detailed flavors offer both good volume and solid mid-palate concentration before terminating in a mouth coating, complex, balanced and beautifully persistent finish. This is firmer than the Boudriotte and the Morgeot and will require a few additional years of cellaring before it will arrive at its apogee. Burghound 91/2020+
