Notes:

(bottled in January of this year):  Bright yellow.  Captivating high-pitched aromas of white stone fruit, minerals and flowers.  Dense and sappy on the palate, displaying terrific ripeness and concentration to its flavors of white peach, lemon, white flowers, ginger and crushed stone.  Still a bit hardened by CO2 but this extremely long Clos is a knockout in the making. A very subtle hint of oak sets off notes of spice, citrus peel, pear, acacia and tidal pool aromas. There is excellent size and weight to the impressively intense, rich and full-bodied mineral-infused flavors that possess fine detail on the almost painfully intense, tangy and lemony finish. This is presently quite linear and will require a few years to blossom.  Burghound 91-93 Sweet Spot!
