Notes:

An elegant and admirably pure nose features notes of citrus, green apple and acacia blossom aromas. There is excellent concentration to the intensely mineral-driven flavors that possess so much dry extract that there is a borderline chewy character to the energetic and remarkably persistent finish that really fans out in the mouth. This is potentially an excellent Folatières that should reward up to a decade of cellaring. Burghound 91-93
