The 2011 Pouilly-Fuisse Les Carrons comes from the oldest vines on the estate at 96 years of age. It has a stunning bouquet of orange blossom, creme brulee, licorice and cold stones that are beautifully defined. The palate is very well-balanced with touches of peppermint and orange peel. Very intense on the finish, this is a Pouilly-Fuisse that will rivet you to the spot. Wine Advocate 95
