(Domaine/Maison Henri Boillot Puligny-Montrachet Pucelles) Bright pale yellow. White peach on the nose, along with a saline, almost iodiney quality. Extremely concentrated and sappy but seamless, with palate-staining lemon, lime, spice and salty flavors. A wine of uncanny chewy density and minerality. Really stains the palate on the building, powerful finish. This has acidity of about 4.75 grams per liter with a pH of 3.07, according to Boillot, and yet the flavors are plenty ripe. A classic in the making.93-95points
