As is the case with several of the wines in the range there is just enough wood to be noticeable which allows the refined aromas of sea breeze, petrol, white flower and pear to shine. There is lovely intensity to the muscular flavors that possess excellent concentration before terminating in a dry, overtly austere and well-detailed finish that offers even better length than the Vaudsir if not quite the same depth.
