Bright, light yellow. Inviting aromas of oyster shell, ginger, lavender and white pepper; there's something raw and real about this wine. Very dry and minerality, with good density of texture but also a stony light touch. Textbook lingering Chablis with tactile oyster shell minerality. Finishes chewy and long, with floral and mineral nuances. Tanzer 92
