Notes:

Reduction hides everything except for an interesting hint of menthol. There is a lovely mouth feel to the mineral-tinged, intense and admirably pure medium weight flavors that display a certain muscularity on the tension-filled and detailed finish. This is a classic Chambolle of finesse but with a bit of punch thrown in. Burghound 87-89
