I bought a few cases of this wine earlier this year as I thought it offered really nice flavors for a Bourgogne made from Cote de Beaune fruit that is easy to drink every day but at the same time was not going to break the bank - I was selling it $22.99. This is a real Burgundy drinkers pinot noir as it offers crunchy cherry red fruit flavors with just the right amount of soil influence on a medium bodied mid palate that makes you put your glass down and say - I think I'll have a little more of that. I'm sure with a couple of years in the cellar it will even round out that much more.
When my sales rep came by the other day and mentioned that the wine was on the Close Out Price sheet - I could hardly believe it! I had him get on the phone immediately to verify quantity and then proceeded to buy it All! As is the case with any great deal you always wish that there was more.
This is the kind of wine that everyone needs to have around the house and at this amazing Close-Out Price a couple of cases are probably in order.
