(St. Aubin “en Remillyâ€- Domaine Hubert Lamy) The 2010 en Remilly from Domaine Lamy is equally stunning, jumping from the glass in a blaze of apples, pears, lemon zest, white flowers, terres blanches and a touch of new wood. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and very refined, with a more reserved personality than the Murgers Dents de Chien, but the same excellent core of fruit, bright acids and outstanding focus and grip on the very, very long and classy finish.
