Notes:

Pale yellow.  Subtle, high-pitched aromas of lemon, ginger and licorice.  Sweet on entry, then firm and spicy in the middle, with lemon, mineral and menthol flavors complemented by saline seashell quality.  Finishes youthfully tight and persistent.  Tanzer 90

(Domaine Christian Moreau Père et Fils Chablis "Vaillons" 1er 1er Cru White) Here the nose is strongly reduced and unreadable. By contrast, there is really lovely purity to the racy, detailed and beautifully intense mineral-driven medium-bodied flavors that possess excellent precision on the balanced, long and attractively complex finish. Lovely juice. (Drink starting 2016)  89-92 points
