This is aromatically slightly riper than the Preuses with an equally elegant and pure nose that offers up notes of apricot, white flowers, lemon rind, sea breeze and algae all framed in a gentle touch of wood. There is impressive richness to the full-bodied and dramatically concentrated flavors that are borderline painfully intense before culminating in an explosive, austere and bone dry finish.
