Notes:

Though the nose here is also relatively high-toned, the fruit is notably different as there is more of a sauvage aspect, in particular freshly crushed juniper berry that merges into round and equally fresh middle weight flavors that carry a more pronounced minerality on the ripe, forward and utterly delicious finish. This is relatively accessible for a young Cazetiers and should make for a lovely example with a few years in bottle. Burghound 89-92
