Notes:

This is almost always the best wine in the Pavelot range and it potentially is again with its ripe, elegant and pure nose of red berry fruit, earth, underbrush and subtle spice hints that are also picked up by the rich, full and quite serious flavors that both coat and stain the palate on the powerful and explosive finish. This is very firmly structured but there is no trace of dryness or under ripe tannins. Outstanding potential here.
