Not surprisingly, this closely resembles the Perrires aromatically though there is just enough extra ripenesswhere hints of orchard fruit creep into the mix and continue onto the generous and sappy medium-full flavors that offer abeguiling texture and the same pungent minerality on the balanced and powerful finish. Fresh on the attack, then almostpainfully intense in the middle, with a crystalline purity to theflavors of peach, nectarine, bergamot and spices thanks to powerfulminerality.
