2005 Savigny-lès-Beaune “Aux Vergelessesâ€: An interesting set of aromas are present as this mixes distinct earth aromas with violet and spice hints that introduce rich, full, sweet and big-bodied flavors that are powerful and seriously long. The firm tannins are almost invisible as the dry extract really drenches the palate. A terrific effort and recommended. (91-93)/2013+
