Tasting note: A spicier and slightly riper set of aromas featuring dried flowers and a lemon/lime character that display impressive complexity merge into round, rich, full and muscular flavors that coat the mouth while the oyster shell-imbued finish goes on and on. Like the Schet, this is beautifully balanced and delivers superb intensity plus plenty of Chablis character. For the patient though a few years will render it approachable. Burghound 90 points
