Ruby-red. Wild, Cote-Rotie-like aromas of raspberry, leather, bloody steak and magnolia. Lush, sweet, fat and seamless; rustic in a positive way. Notes of leather, tobacco, meat, coffee and earth. Finishes with broad, fine, sweet tannins. A distinctly sauvage, very dense wine that should offer early accessibility.
