PYCM Last Call
Pierre-Yves Colin (PYCM) needs little introduction. Over the past two decades, he has crafted extraordinary bottles and built one of the most devoted followings in Burgundy. Vintage after vintage, his lineup offers some of the purest, most incisive expressions of their appellations.
This winter’s allocation includes two of the most dependable, value-driven wines in the range: Bourgogne Chardonnay and Bourgogne Bout du Monde. Both offer a clear glimpse into the magic that is PYCM. Pierre-Yves has also expanded into red wines in recent years—and if you haven’t explored them yet, they’re well worth your attention.
I didn’t send a formal offer this year; instead, I quietly listed the wines on the website and let people discover them on their own. After completing our December inventory, we found a few boxes for which we hadn’t accounted!
If you haven’t picked these up, this will definitely be a last call.
