Antoine Bouvet Champagne

Our Revolutionary Sale may be a tough act to follow, but today’s offer might just do it. We're thrilled to feature two extremely limited cuvées from one of Champagne’s most compelling—and still under-the-radar—grower-producers: Antoine Bouvet.
Carrying on the legacy of his grandfather, Guy Bouvet, Antoine is quietly crafting some of the most riveting grower Champagnes in the region. From just 2.5 hectares in the Vallée de la Marne, Bouvet produces under 5,000 bottles annually, working entirely by hand with meticulous attention to detail. His wines are marked by purity, terroir transparency, and Burgundian finesse—a style more reminiscent of Meursault than mainstream Champagne.
Bouvet’s wines are no longer a secret among collectors. I’ve been chasing these wines for over six months, working closely with the importer to ensure we didn’t miss our allocation, but still, quantities are painfully limited.

This is Bouvet’s flagship Blanc de Noirs—powerful yet finely detailed, with red berry fruit, chalky tension, and a vinous core that evolves beautifully in the glass. It’s a Champagne that channels the soul of great Burgundy, offering both intensity and elegance.

This is a cuvée for Champagne purists — nervy, luminous, and precise. Expect layers of white citrus, crushed shell, and saline minerality. The finish is long and chiseled. It’s a Champagne for White Burgundy lovers, and this marks the first time we’ve ever offered this cuvee, Don’t Miss!

If you haven’t yet discovered Bouvet’s wines, now is the time. His relentless pursuit of textural finesse and aromatic restraint puts him firmly in the upper tier of Champagne growers. These are wines for Burgundy collectors and Champagne connoisseurs alike.
They’re already hard to find. Once the reviews hit? They’ll be nearly impossible.
Just sayin’… don’t wait.
