This is also wonderfully elegant and expressive with its ripe yet cool nose of seemingly every flower imaginable as there is even a hint of gardenia, along with a plenitude of classic Chablis elements. The rich, suave and caressing medium-bodied flavors possess good verve and evident minerality on the youthfully austere and sneaky long finish. This is really very classy though it will definitely need to add depth to merit the upper end of my projected range. Burghound 91-93

The harvest was so short purchased fruit was added to the Domaine fruit in order to have enough wine to release this cuvee.
