Notes:

Comes from a 4-hectare single parcel in Nebbiolo d'Alba. It is not from Barolo or Barbaresco, which is to say it's not “second rate” Nebbiolo from either zone that didn't make the cut to be Barolo or Barbaresco. Since the vineyard is on the border of Barbaresco they treat it like a serious wine. It ages for one year it large botti and one year in bottle before release.
