Zalto - Wine Glasses
This is the first time I have ever offered the White Wine Glass from Zalto . I first drank from this glass on a trip to France in 2019 and have been trying to buy them ever since but with Covid, factory shut down, supply chain issues, backlogged orders, etc…
Anyway…they are finally here!
The White Wine Glass is a little more narrow and smaller than the Universal glass (as a reference point). It is Ideal for white wine, but I find it to be an excellent glass for Champagne. If you don’t yet have this one in your wine glass repertoire, it’s one I highly recommend.
Zalto White Wine Glass - $76 / $456 6pk
Created for the complexity and refinement of charming, focused white wines, this glass will make them sing as never before. The shape of the bowl will highlight and articulate the subtle layers and minerality of the wine. This glass will also bring out the more elegant notes in medium bodied red wine that does not have overt barrique development.
Use for fruit-forward Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Frizzante, Muskateller and unoaked Chardonnay, as well as the style of reds mentioned before such as St.Laurent, Blaufrankisch, Chianti and Dolcetto. Older vintage Champagnes also benefit from the shape of this bowl.
