A discreet if very pretty nose is markedly less fruity than is typical for the genre and flashes more yeast and citrus and red berries, which makes it more interesting. The middle weight flavors possess fine density and focused power and while the supporting mousse is not particularly fine, neither is it coarse. I particularly like the complexity of the drier than average finish as there is once again plenty of yeast and citrus elements in evidence. This is a lovely rosé and worth checking out.
