Cepages: 44% Chardonnay, 28% Pinot Noir, 28% Pinot Meunier

Crus: Avenay Val d' Or, Le Breuil, Ludes

Aging - 48 months lees

Dosage: 4.4g/L

Tasting: Light yellow in color with delicate and fine bubbles. Nose of white flowers with hints of vanilla. Lively and balanced with a marvelous mouth filling finish.

Wine Paring:  A great choice with any fish and would work nicely with chicken as well.  Can be enjoyed on its own as well.
