Signature extra virgin olive oil is a special mono-varietal bottling of oil only from Nocellara del Belice olives. Nocellara del Belice olives tend to produce a particularly buttery, smooth, mild, & fruity olive oil. This year’s harvest of these olives was picked and milled very late in the season to maximize the sweet & subtle notes of the fruit. We only make a Signature olive oil in special years when there is a batch of olive oil that stands out above all of the rest, and this olive oil is definitely exceptional. Our olive oils are all made on our family owned & operated farm in the Ojai Valley, and are unfiltered, first-press & cold-pressed.
