There is just enough reduction present that not much can be discerned beyond pretty floral wisps. Otherwise the finer and more seductively textured flavors possess a sappy texture thanks to the abundant dry extract that also buffers the moderately firm acid spine shaping the complex, lingering and balanced finale.
