2019 Pousse d Or Volnay Clos de la Bousse d Or

A slightly fresher and decidedly more elegant nose offers up notes of red currant, dark raspberry, anise and a pretty hint of violet. As one would expect, the middle weight flavors are notably more refined with a caressing but detailed texture on the mineral inflected finish. This needs more depth but should be capable of developing better complexity.  Burghound 91 Outstanding!
