The 2011 Pouilly-Fuisse Les Carrons comes from the oldest vines on the estate at 96 years of age. It has a stunning bouquet of orange blossom, creme brulee, licorice and cold stones that are beautifully defined. The palate is very well-balanced with touches of peppermint and orange peel.
