2010 Christian Moreau Chablis Vaillon 375ml

Pale yellow.  Subtle, high-pitched aromas of lemon, ginger and licorice.  Sweet on entry, then firm and spicy in the middle, with lemon, mineral and menthol flavors complemented by saline seashell quality.  Finishes youthfully tight and persistent.  Tanzer 90
