2006 Dauvissat Chablis Forest

Tasting note: A notably ripe nose that reflects both the classic aromas of green fruit, oyster shell and iodine hints as well as certain exotic fruit hints while complementing to perfection the rich, full and well-muscled flavors that remain refined, pure and textured only to explode on the wonderfully intense and persistent finish. I really like the sappiness here as it gives a silky texture to the mid-palate. In a word, terrific. Burghound 92 Outstanding!
