2019 Chevillon Nuits St Georges Perrieres

This too is aromatically cool and elegant with its pretty array of slightly more elegant essence of ripe red berry fruit aromas that reflects hints of spice, earth and wood. The succulent but decidedly punchy medium weight flavors brim with both minerality and dry extract that imparts a sappy texture to the beautifully well-delineated, powerful and serious finale. Patience absolutely required.  Burghound 91-93 Outstanding!
