Pretty and airy aromas are composed by notes of poached pear, citrus and floral nuances. The delicious and nicely textured flavors are much like those of the Macherelles in that they're not especially dense yet somehow, they are much more powerful on the sappy, clean, dry and persistent finale.  Burghound 90-92
