By John Gilman View From the Cellar, Nov/Dec 2011, Issue #36, The 2010 Burgundy Vintage: Low Yields Deliver Profound Elegance (Chablis “Montée de Tonnerreâ€- Domaine Louis Michel et Fils) The 2010 Louis Michel Montée de Tonnerre is another absolute tour de force in this vintage, soaring from the glass in a superb blend of green apple, grapefruit, very complex, flinty minerality, a touch of grassiness, smoky overtones and a topnote of lime zest. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, tight and again, very crystalline in its expression of minerality, with a great core of fruit, brisk acids and a very, very long, pure and primary finish. High class juice. (Drink between 2018-2050) 94+ points
