Oddly enough after the last two wines, there is almost no evidence of wood here at all on the nose with elegant if slightly earthy red fruit aromas merging into pure, intense and wonderfully precise middle weight flavors plus fine finishing intensity. Excellent quality for a villages level Gevrey. - Burghound 90
