Saint-Sauveur
A focused, terroir-driven Blanc de Blancs from one of the Côte des Blancs' most respected villages, Saint-Sauveur offers a distinctive expression of Chardonnay. Sourced entirely from the estate's own vineyard plots in Grand Cru Oger, Grand Cru Avize, and Premier Cru Vertus, the blend is built primarily from reserve wines (55%) from 2017, 2018, and 2019, with the balance from the 2020 vintage. After time on the lees in historic chalk cellars dating back to the Benedictine monks, the wine is disgorged with a low dosage of 4.8 g/L, placing it in the Extra Brut category. The result is a refined, expressive Champagne with depth, precision and a beautifully clean, chalky finish.
