The Figli Luigi Oddero 2017 Barbaresco Rombone draws its fruit from a 2.5-hectare site in Treiso at an ideal 290 meters above sea level. The wine presents a pretty, open-knit bouquet with dark berry fruit, crushed flowers, tar and some dusty-earthy aromas. Licorice-like aromas also stand out. The tannins are well played in this warm vintage and appear well integrated into the fiber of the wine.
