Offers an almost painful combination of volume and pungent freshness.\u003c\/b\u003e This round, tactile, fine-grained wine really perks up the taste buds on the very long, vibrant finish. This cuvee was previously labeled Fourchaume \"Vignoble de Vaulorent\" but because Vaulorent, situated on classic Kimmeridgian marl soil just behind Les Preuses, is markedly different from the rest of Fourchaume, Fevre has decided simply to label this wine Vaulorent.
